The Archiped Experience

In an era hallmarked by off shore call centers and the anonymous clicks of a mouse, Archiped customers find it refreshing to talk to a live person who puts the customers’ needs ahead of profits.

The Stanzels strive to make your experience with Archiped effortless and easy. When customers call Archiped, they speak to either Richard or Shelley Stanzel. Shelley Stanzel will then personally assist you through the quoting, ordering and shipping processes so that you will be able to quickly determine which Archiped works best for your installation. She ensures that your order is given personal attention. Delivery options will be discussed and a quote will then be prepared that includes the hard costs for shipping.

When the customers receive shipping dates, they can rely on Archiped to ship their orders when promised.

Everything that Archiped produces is made to order and hand cast by Richard Stanzel himself in Archiped’s Dallas Design District studio.  Richard’s assistant then hand finishes each piece, a long process that requires craftsmanship and artistic talent. After a final inspection by Richard, the pieces are packed either in a custom box strapped to a pallet or a crate made specifically for the item being shipped.

Production begins when a fifty percent deposit arrives. The balance is sent pro forma, which means that customers are called when the orders are ready so that they can send a check for the balance. The orders are then shipped.

The Stanzels welcome all inquiries and questions about their products and aim to make the Archiped experience a pleasurable one.

Archiped Classics was founded in 1989 by Richard and Shelley Stanzel in Dallas, Texas. They create fine cast stone urns, jardinières, pedestals, and garden ornaments for interior and exterior use. In an era hallmarked by off shore call centers and the anonymity of shopping online, the Stanzels stand out as business professionals dedicated to preserving the artistic integrity of their products. All pieces are hand cast by Richard Stanzel himself and hand finished by his assistant. Many Archipeds are cast directly from antique original whereas others are designed by French artist and Prix de Rome de Peinture recipient, Jacques Lamy.

Each item in the Archiped Classics line represents the best of design and function. Not only are the urns and jardinières suitable for planting, everything the company makes is truly frostproof. The high quality cast stone weathers beautifully in both extreme heat and cold.

The Stanzels' corporate philosophy is rooted in customer satisfaction. Serving an international client base, Archiped Classics’ owners and staff understand the needs of the design trade professional. Timely deliveries and consistent quality demonstrate their commitment to customer service. Call 214-748-7437 for further information.
